Hermance LeBlanc, 80, widow of Désiré LeBlanc of Pré-d'en-Haut died at the Dr. Georges Dumont Hospital, Moncton, Thursday after a lengthy illness.
Born in Pré-d'en-Haut, she was daughter of the late Joseph Gautreau and Mélessé (Gautreau) Gautreau. She was a housewife and attended Notre-Dame d'Annuncion Roman Catholic Church, Pré-d'en-Haut. Her hubsand died in 1980.
She is survived by five sons, Laurie of St. Rémi, Que., Gérard of Moncton, Henri and George, both of Pré-d'en-Haut, John of College Bridge; one sister. Mrs. Jaddus Allain (Ozina) of Villa du Repos, Moncton; 13 grandchildren, four great-grandchildren and several nieces and nephews. A son, Oscar, died in 1976.
The body will be at the Dupuis Funeral Home,with the Funeral mass to be celebrated Sunday at 2 p.m. from Notre Dame d'Annuncion Roman Catholic Church, Pré-d'en-Haut. Entombment will be in the parish vault to await burial in the parish cemetery in the spring.
